About Claudia
After returning from a 6 month dance tour, I came home with injuries to my knees, my doctor suggested I try Pilates as a form of rehab, I enjoyed it so much that I got certified that year.
I've been teaching Pilates for over 13 years. I'm also a CPT, and Pre/Postnatal Specialist, I help repair Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor.
