About Carl
Carl Powell has more than 40 years training, motivating and entertaining people all over the world “mindfully moving” them to become more physically fit for life.
As a Personal Trainer, he has extensive experience evaluating each individual to determine their current fitness level and goals. He does not subscribe to the “one size fits all” mindset. Carl develops a unique exercise program for each individual client.
Carl currently teaches his program Mindful Movement Method which includes Qigong, Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, and Meditation online .
