About Julian
I focus on training legs, glutes and core. Get the sexy legs, butt and abs you've been wanting. I focus on those muscle groups so you can achieve your desired look. Let's start today!
I played sports growing up and I started training myself at age 12. I played minor league baseball and began working with strength and conditioning coaches. I soaked up their knowledge as well as others along the way.
I've personal trained adults and kids for 15 years.

After discussing your workout goals over the phone we start with a warm up and stretch then focus on what we'll be working on that day and we end with a cool down and Istretch.
Make sure the trainer you choose not only is knowledgeable about workouts and proper techniques but also knows how to motivate you to get the most out of you.

Details
I charge $40 for the hour or $135 for a package of 5 one hour sessions. I do require a 24 hour notice before any cancelation or you will be charged full price for that session.
