About Janine
Hi! Welcome to a beautiful day!
Everyday is another opportunity for me to welcome health, happiness and abundance for myself, family amd friends, clients and class members across Suffolk and Nassau Counties. My passion for fitness and wellness began as a child and I’ve been fortunate to bring this exuberance to local communities since 1990.
My path has taken me everywhere from teaching weight training to Boot Camps to Pilates and everywhere in between. Since I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my love of the body and clean living into a lifetime career, I am able to curate classes and training sessions to each person’s particular needs amd goals. Whether your focus is toning/muscle training, cardio/fitness, improving balance and flexibilty, Osteoporosis care, rehabbing after an injury, losing weight or creating a healthier lifestyle through chemical-free living, there is lots to share and be excited about!
From holding certifications since 1990 in personal training, group fitness, Pilates, and everywhere in between, I’ve enjoyed a long-standing career in private personal training, as well as past Fitness Coordinator of the Mid Island Y JCC and owned Esteem Wellness & Fitness in Greenlawn.

Can one live without coffee, chocolate, white wine, or garlic? Not me - nor could I live without Janine. Professional to nth degree. Knowledgeable about how those bones, muscles, ligaments etc. work -how to make them work - and how to get them to work. The decadence of having her come to your home is worth every penny.
