With nearly 20 years in the fitness industry I have worked with all bodytypes, conditions, fitness levels, health issues, and varying levels of motivation. From bodybuilding to crossfit to spartan races, I can help you get from here to where you want to be. I know what works but more importantly I know what doesnt.
