About Christopher
Exercise, especially the strength component, has always been a passion of mine. I first started with push ups, lunges, and squats. As I got older, I got more interested that I started reading books and articles, and watching documentaries and Youtube videos. I loved the feeling of the intensity of the work out. The excitement I felt when I improved my weightlifting strength. The feeling of when my muscles "pumping up" during a set. My goal is to gain experience as a trainer and to help clients to achieve their fitness goals.
