About Nilda
My name is Nilda Leman and I am certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Fitness has been a part of my life for over 15 years and it has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both in and out of the gym.
In my sessions, I love to combine both cardio and toning/weight exercises so you get the best of both worlds. Balance and Coordination are also an essential part of my fitness routines.
My yoga practice helps me with my emotional and physical wellbeign.
