About Jasmine

I am a body positive personal trainer and nutrition coach that encourages a healtheir lifestyle while creating positive life long habits. My programming focuses on moving the way you enjoy and eating the foods you love while still meeting your health goals. I believe in making exercise fun and being full. No starvation diets here!

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach. Both certifications hold the highest standard of personal trainers and nutrition coaches in the nation.

I also hold a Masters in Business Administration from Barry University. Go Bucs!

About the lesson

My intake process includes a quick health survey, three short health tests along with posture analysis before we begin. We start by creating small goals to work towards your big goals.

We complete weekly check in calls once a week to go over what worked and what did not in order to make sure that each program is properly aligned with the individual's goals and body. Everyone is beautifully unique and deserves a program that fits their specific needs.

I also provide accountability for following through based on what each individual requests. I take time to empower each client to be their absolute best self, create goals that are healthy, and develop self care routines to nourish the entire self.

I strive to assist my clients learn healthy habits that they are able to use for the rest of their lives. Knowledge is empowering.
