About Tracey
CrossFit MidHudson, founded in 2016 and located in Highland, New York, caters to everyone from beginners to elite athletes. This 3500 sq ft facility offers a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio in a fun, community-oriented environment. With small class sizes, effective coaching, and amenities like showers and towel service, they are committed to helping you achieve your desired level of fitness. In addition to fitness programs, they also offer kid & teen programs, nutritional counseling, and monthly social events.
