About Scott
Unity Performance is South Bay's, first all inclusive indoor golf performance studio.
We specialize in sports fitness, general fitness and weight loss. We also have golf instruction, sports rehab, nutrition, and sports psychology.
I have been in the physical therapy and fitness field for 13+ years and have helped athletes get to the professional level and well as help individuals move better and live a pain free life.
Degrees and certifications: are physically therapy, masters in sports performance, certified strength and conditioning specialist, and manual stretching therapist.

A new student will go through a movement screen and physical assessment test to determine how they move and highlight strengths and limitations. From here I can build a solid program to make sure we can work on their limitations and movement patterns.
