My company provides customized mobile personal training, nutrition and fitness boot camp classes.
I have an extensive athletic background, in which I have completed on all levels of football, basketball, track, boxing, martial arts and bodybuilding.
I enjoy helping others get healthier and change their bodies in which they learn to live a healthier lifestyle.
