About Home
Home Bodies offers in-home personal training sessions to clients of all ages looking to achieve a new level of health and fitness. We also offer nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

I start with a consultation where I find out what the client's goals are and what obstacles they have encountered in the past.
Age 9 to 93! All types. I have helped people recover from hip replacements, double knee replacements, shoulder surgery, and back surgery. They are all in better shape after than before!
Be sure you click with the person--they will be a very important part of your life!
I helped a woman with Parkinson's disease regain the ability to sit/down stand up in a chair without assistance from her family. This helped her in being able to get out of bed during the night to use the restroom without waking anyone.
