I love what I do. I train busy women to reach their goals with flexible nutrition, enjoyable exercise with 100 percent support from myself.
I enjoy nothing more than watching my clients become stronger, leaner, and hit their goals they've been striving for.

$125 for 4 weeks of ONLINE Personal Training. 3-5 workouts per week (May pay weekly)
$80 for 4 weeks of ONLINE Personal Training. 2 days per week
$40 per hour in person training (within 10 miles of North Ogden, Utah)
