About Chris
Prime Fitness is a done for you program guaranteed to get results. Combining the most efficient forms of training including but not limited to boxing, strength training and hiit, we ensure you hit your goals and have fun doing it.
Our clients work in small groups most of the time and get the benefits of the group atmosphere with the touches of personal training!

All of our trainers hold nationally recognized personal training certifications and have mulitiple years of experience working with clients one on one and in group settings.

New clients are given a comprehensive assessment including body fat analysis, circumference measurements, and most importantly goal setting. Each new client is walked through our workout and our program. Each client also gets nutrition coaching to help them achieve their goals.
