About Felix
My services include anywhere from one on one training, group training, and online training. I will always be there to keep you motivated and accountable. I like to push my clients to their full potential.
I enjoy seeing my clients happy with their results and I enjoy the whole coaching aspect of personal training. I grew up playing sports my whole life so it’s awesome being on the other side of things. I also enjoy the bond I have with my clients. I’m an outgoing person who’s always looking to help those looking for that extra push.
I was previously employed as a certified personal trainer in Goose Creek for 4 years and now work independently.

First I will meet to find out what that person’s fitness goals are, if they have any imbalances, and what their nutrition is like. Then, I’ll begin training by introducing the basics, eventually transitioning into more advanced movements.
I’ve worked with clients that want to lose weight and tone, clients competing in beauty pageants, and clients who want to gain muscle and strength.

Details
I charge $39 an hour but my clients pay one time for the full month. It all depends on how many hours a week my client wants to train.
