About Janina
German living in Santa Barbara
2020 I started my business in Germany- growing fast. I just love what I do, I love to help people, support them whereever I can, listen to them and their bodys. I believe that there's a reason for every sickness, a reason for e.g. overweight, and that every body can heal itself.
Let me help you to reconnect to your body while working out or swimming.
My program includes a fitness plan with sport excersises you like (whatever kind it is: fitness, biking, hiking, swimming, volleyball, ...), nutrition information and talks about you personal life (if wanted) and habits. So you can understand your body better and learn how to listen to it again and be your own coach.
Because I just started, I don't charge a lot per hour.
Since my early childhood I swim, earlier professional, now just for personal training & me-time. I do lots of sports, just had an injury though so I'll be available again from the end of August on.
