About Mauricio
You have goals. We help you reach them safely, with care and lots of fun!
We have 26 years of combined experience with weekend warriors, busy moms, athletes and older adults.
Degrees:
BA in Kinesiology; Presonal Trainer Certified Coaches; TRX; Group Class; HIIT; Kettlebell, martial arts, Barre, Pilates; Yoga.
We love helping people. Our passion is delivering happiness. It shows when we hear them say at the end of our sessions "I feel so much better now than I did when I came in". We enjoy our clients "aha!" moments and being part of their journey. To us it's all about sharing our knowledge and experience to make a difference in people's lives.
