About Mamie musu
Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology & Health Science. Proficient in pre/post-rehab corrective exercise. Specializes in the cervical spine, neck, and hip alignment corrective exercises. Extremely passionate about facilitating Nutrition meal prep planning programs. Over ten years’ experience in Corporate Health & Fitness. I have attained various positions such as Group Exercise specialist, Personal trainer Director, Nutrition wellness coach, and Global Health specialist. Proficient in International/global health addressing poverty, and the health of people living in low- and middle-income countries.
12 years working at the World Bank Group as corporate wellness coordinator.
Bachelor's of Exercise Physiologist
Certified in Group Fitness Instructor, personal training, Pilates Ying Yoga, Ergonomic Posture correction, Sport Medicine massage therapy, cupping and Scrapping therapy, and lymphatic drainage massages.
