I have been a Personal Trainer for over 25 years now with experience in managing and directing club activities, sales, wellness, program development, and health promotion.
I am a dedicated fitness professional with vast knowledge in personal training (all demographics, sports specific training, pre and post rehab, flexibility, group exercise classes, wellness).
I enjoy working with people and I know I have he ability to relay this to any and all. I was meant to do this and my last name reflect this! Musselman
