About Jakae
My job is very rewarding! Watching people change their way of life to become more healthy is a completete reward. Time and time again over the years I've watched people do things they never thought they could. Lose weight after they've tried everything. Get great reports from doctors, and fall in love with life again. I've worked with all agaes from elderly to childern. As well as pregnant women to those trying to get back on their feet after surgery. I can come up with a work out plan for whatever you have on hand or bring some equipment of my own for you to use. I can offer an online program, come to you, or meet you at a park. I'm a knid understanding non judgemental lady who will make this a fun experiace for you. Fitness as been my life long passion.
I started taking classes at my local YMCA in 2009 and feel in love with helping others.
