About John
I’ve owned and operated gyms since 1980. I’ve trained at Golds gym in California with the best of bodybuilders like Arnold And Lou Ferigno. I’ve personally been a competitive bodybuilder for many years winning many amateur titles like Mr Florida. All this experience has made me an elite personal trainer who now resides in Fishers, Indiana. I do personal training out of my home where I have a complete gym. Most of my clients are 45+.
