About Anthony
We provide certified personal training designed through an effective workout by appointment with flexible scheduling availability. We make the workout efficient but geared towards getting the results for each client that hires us. Our facility is fully equipped as a gym but offers a non-intimidating atmosphere by only offering sessions for personal training. We also offer boxing sessions, nutrtional counseling adn massage therapy. And we do all of this at the most affordable rates!
The gratitude that my clients show me after they brag about how good they look and feel. When they tell me how our formula made it possible for it to happen for them, it makes me proud that I chose this profession.

We offer a free consultation to asses the client's goals and health history. At this time we show them our faciltiy and take accurate mesurements and body fat to asses their goals as we move forward. We also go over the details of the program so they know what to expect. It is a non-itmidating, no hard sell appointment to show the client how we can meet their fitness needs.
