About Alana
I offer so many services from weight loss, golf conditioning, melt, dms massage bosu, trx, and include all of this in a session.
My job is fun. I love faciltating changes in clients. Some clients begin training with low self confidence, some are on many medications and others have no energy. I watch transformatiion, increased energy, self confidence and changes in health. It is awesome to see clients look in a mirror and love what they see, and feel amazing.
21 years NASM CPT, CHEK Golf Biomechanic, MELT Instuctor, Lifestyle Coach, Youth athletics, post rehab for shoulders, knees and back, nutrition, DMS massage.
