About Derek
We at Elite fitness have played sports are whole life. Also have played are sports at a competitive learning what it takes to develop the skill and athleticism to take your game to the next level. We have athletes from high school to elder ages as we can work with anyone to get to their goals!
I enjoy helping everyone reach their goals
I also knew I wanted to help people get to their goals and watch them everyday make strides.
NSAM education and for training I have played sports all the way up to the pro level.
