About Mike
We are a results-driven team of fitness professionals that truly care about the health and wellbeing of our clients. Our main program includes group fitness kickboxing classes, but we also offer one-on-one or "one-on-some" personal training programs throughout the fitness spectrum We tailor individual programs to meet your specific needs, schedule, and goals. Above all, our programs are fun and motivating to remove any perceived stress associated with changing over to a healthy and fit lifestyle. We have helped several thousands of clients over the past 6 years both at our Edison and Woodbridge locations. Our 3rd location in Clark NJ is set to open in 2018.
