AB Fitness The Premier Personal Training Gym has opened in MASSAPEQUA! We’re a family owned fitness facility obsessed with helping people of ALL levels of fitness (not just young, in-shape fitness-fanatics) transform their lives!
Unlike typical gyms where you sign up for standard membership, and they just leave you to figure it out yourself, we work with you on an individual level to ensure you get results!
