About Thiago
I was born and raised in Brazil where I grew up to play college basketball. After a terrible injury that put me on the sidelines I got back in top physical shape through rehab and my trainer. During this process I realized how much I loved the exercise world and pushing my body. I got my Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science and came to United States. Chose this path to help people change their lives for the better. I understand that is hard to find time and motivation to dedicate yourself to your body but I can push you to get where you want to be.
I’m a bachelor in Exercise Science and Human Performance. I’m certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
i have more than 10,000 hours in experience. I’ve worked with professional and coligiate athletes.
