About Darian

I offer exclusive live online personal training services which means our trainings happens in real time just like it would if we were in person. These services take advantage of relevant and convenient audio/visual communication technologies on your smartphone or Ipad such as Skype, WhatsApp and FaceTime to train clients in a one on one or semi private training format. This service allows clients to have more flexibility in scheduing sessions and therefore allowing clients to be more consistent with their training. Consistency plus smart programming and an enjoyable professional relationship leads to excellent results which is ultmately what clients are looking for.

I enjoy helping my clients improve in their fitness journey and I love developing a positive and caring relationship with them. This approach has allowed me to have a clientele base that is full of long term wonderful and healthy training relationships.

About the lesson

Typically, we do a virtual assessment which includes client/trainer compatibility and health appraisals. It is important for me to know what each of my clients' goals and ambitions are along with where they are currently at with their health and wellness habits.

After this information has been obtained we set up our schedule which is critial as the training frequency will dictate who committed the client is in terms of meeting their goals.
