About Nate
I work closely with my clients, getting to know you and your specific needs. I have a background in Triathlon, Volleyball and Basketball which gives me voice into endurance, strength and agility. I'm over 40 so I have a voice into what it means to stay healthy in different stages of life.
I love helping people make their lives more healthy.

Details
Instead of working with larger and smaller packages. I use a flat rate of $85 (which was my pricing for a 36 session package) and then keep packages at 8, 10 or 12 sessions.
