About Nikki
I help women build their unique hourglass shape while enjoying the foods they love. Feeling confident and sexy in my own body was something I struggled with growing up. Society pushes the extreme hourglass shape as the standard of femininity. I made it my goal as a personal trainer to remind women that wouldn't be further from the truth. I teach you how to feel confident and sexy in the body that you sculpted through hard work and consistency.
I love helping women gain confidence in themselves and feel beautiful in the body they worked hard for! It brings me so much joy!
I went from being a DI volleyball player with an interest in an athletic trainer but switched to Personal Training so I can work with all types of women instead of only athletes
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology
NASM Personal Trainer, Group trainer
