About Raymond
We train everybody from children who want to learn how to lift, professional athletes, grandparents and everybody in between who is looking to feel better in their body and improve their health overall.
Started lifting weights and training at the age of 16 and started to train various workout partners over the years and acquired my certification in 2019.
