Welcome to V Training LLC, where we are dedicated to empowering you on your fitness journey with personalized attention and expert guidance. We specialize in personal training tailored to meet your unique goals. Whether you're aiming to enhance your strength, improve your health, or achieve a specific fitness milestone, our commitment is to provide you with the tools and motivation you need for success.
Fitness Background: I began my
fitness journey in my 20’s. Over the
last two decades, I have learned how
to become leaner and stronger while
navigating the changes that come with
age and life. I am currently in the best
shape of my life and look forward to
helping you achieve your fitness goals
as well.
Inspiration for becoming a Personal
Trainer: Fitness has always been my
passion. I find great fulfillment in
seeing my clients grow stronger both
physically and mentally. I frequently
work with clients to address common
issues like chronic lower back, knee,
and shoulder pain, using proper
exercise to improve their overall
quality of life.
Training Motto: "Rome wasn't built in a day." Consistency over time is what brings
lasting results.
Favorite Exercises: Crossfit, Calisthenics, Kickboxing, Yoga, Weight Training, Sprinting.
Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer; ACE Group Fitness instructor;
Pilates Reformer Certification
Interests & Hobbies: In my free time, I enjoy working out, trying new exercises,
spending time with family, cooking, and rock climbing
