About Andrea
Im a certified trainer, I'm a mother of 5 children and in my 40's. Im experienced various techniques and methods of fitness. From post rehab, Pilates, strength and endurance training, body sculpting, weight-loss, specific conditioning, powerlifting, flexibility training, core and abdominal training, postural alignment and other body deviations that effect body's proper movement.
