Each person is different which requires personalized attention. We schedule an in home visit where we get to know each other; evaluate and assess what would be the best plan of care and attainable goals.

This could take one to two hours. I never rush or skimp on an evaluation. This evaluation will be your blue print for your healthiest journey with guiding, helping and educating as we go along.
