About Janine
I am passionate about health and wellness and my goal is to aid as many people as possible with reaching their health and fitness goals! I have always lived an active lifestyle. I played basketball, softball and ran track in high school. I went on to play college basketball and I am currently a girls high school basketball coach. I have 7 years of coaching experience. I also have 6 years of experience as a fitness trainer. I have been a licensed physical therapist assistant for 7 years as well. I am also the owner of a fresh juice and smoothie business. All juices and smoothies are handcrafted and plant based. I look forward to helping you accomplish your health goals!

I enjoy helping people live healthier lifestyles and accomplish their goals. Because I have a sports background as well as a background with physical therapy I am able to pull from each of those to further aid in achieving ones goals.
