About Katrina
I'm a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer and barre certified. I believe in the whole body wellness including mindset as well as nutrition.
I love making a difference in not only the way people look but the way they feel. I love having that relationship with my clients that they feel comfortable and secure changing their lives in a positive way 😊😊😊
I've always had a love of fitness and found Pilates when I injured my back. I love being able to share my passion with people that make it a lifestyle
I am NASM certified personal trainer, Classical Pilates instructor, Barre certified, Life coach certified, Mindfulness certified, as well as crystal healing certified.

I start with an initial $85 which includes an entire assessment as well as a workout. I then move forward depending on if I travel to the client or they come to me.
