About Preston
Welcome to PJS FITNESS, where transforming yourself into the best version of yourself, is my priority! I have been a certified trainer and Master Fitness Trainer for over 10 years. My belief is that if you change yourself physically, then you will be healthier in all aspects of your life. My clients (teammates) hire me to motivate, inspire and hold them accountable. I don't take this responsibility lightly and my goal is always to create an environment that allows for success. Integrity, professionalism, knowledge base, intensity, and timeliness are my core values. Now is the time to START YOUR TRANSFORMATION!
