About Cora
I have such a wide variety of fitness practices! Im a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. I have also been doing martial arts for 7 years. I love incorporating different techniques into getting fit! Being healthy and fit is exciting and fun! I can't wait to share that with you!
I love to help people and teach them all of the great benefits of living a healthy life!
Ive been a certified trainer for 3 years now. Im also a certified yoga instuctor and martial artist for 7 years now!
