About Les
I love what I do and always lead by example! Fitness and health is a lifestyle and I invite you to join in on our fun and invigorating outdoor fitcamp, or personal sessions at Colorado's Pro Gym.
I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 35 years with degrees in human nutrition and exercise physiology. I am creator of a holistic health education program and always stay afresh of the latest knowledge and recommendations!
