About Raymond
I am a Nasm certified personal trainer, a retired nfl player and boxer. Fitness has been apart of my since i could remember. With that being said, I offer knowledge, experience and application as I've been through every type of workout possible to improve my performance and physique.
I enjoy everything about the work I do. It's satifies me to help people transform their lives, improve their health, and most importantly have longevity.
