Sayezz Pilates & Beyond, founded in 2012 and located in Altadena, California, specializes in private and small-group Pilates and GYROTONIC(R) training. The studio boasts a modern and intimate space equipped with a range of fitness tools and the latest Gyrotonic Tower. Sayezz offers personalized training focused on the specific needs and wants of each client. Additionally, members can extend their fitness practices beyond the studio with access to online resources, including Pilates videos, health facts, and recipes. Sayezz Pilates & Beyond was born out of client requests and continues to evolve, offering more than just Pilates with the inclusion of physical therapy-type exercises and general fitness training.
