When I arrived at Bill's I would say I was at best raw talent. In just a matter of time he and his staff were able to train me to be more confident in my abilities. Under Bill's care I was named Junior National Champion. The training was disciplined and regimented which at the time I perceived as tough. I look back today and realize that was exactly what I needed at the time. I coach now and still do not sit ever because of the discipline I learned. Bill Austin was an excellent gymnastics coach who I have a lot to thank for. He helped train me to become one of the best gymnasts in my class during my time - taking home the city, state and regional championship title. Bill also trained many other gymnasts at the elite level, many winning full-ride college scholarships and training for the Olympics. With his leadership and support, I was able to learn discipline, self-confidence, motivation and resilience. Through the years, Bill continues to be someone I admire and am grateful that he was part of my formative years.

Coach Bill Austin honestly changed my life. He was responsible for me reaching my dream of getting a gymnastics scholarship to a university and competing at the elite level. His incredible coaching took me as a very mediocre high school gymnast and in 4 months I was a state champion and a top 10 all around state gymnast and national competitor. He also taught me respect and instilled confidence in me as a person.
