About Kimberly

I have a passion of working with computers. I am knowledgeable in the hardware and software part of the computer technology. I also have college experience in the programming and web development areas. I am currently a sophmore working on a networking degree. I had gone to DeVry University and got my experience with different programming languages, database, web development as well as networking. I love to teach and talk about my knowledge to anybody that would be willing to learn and listen. I am a person that would go over and beyond to make sure you would have an understanding of what I am trying to teach you. I have 4 more classes to go for my associates degree. I have been working with computers since I was 12 yrs old. I had tech support to doing printer swaps in companies all the way to working for Dell fixing their laptop computers, which entails changing out the motherboards, memory and keyboards mostly......

Other than teaching people at work, I have searched on the internet to see how I can make some money teaching students what I am passionate about.

I have college experience with programming languages, web development and the understanding of hardware and software. I am knowledgeable in networking as I have classes currently learning A+ hardware and software as well as windows server 2016. I have experience in my current job in working with Microsoft Office and with spreadsheets

About the lesson

I would find out what the needs are from my student to find out what they are having difficulty with and then try to go from there to help them understand the area where they need help. I would find out how the student learns the best with reading or diagrams because everyone learns differently.

I only had worked with adults at work. The only younger students that I have worked with are elementary and high school student when I was teaching my nephews.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think first of what you are needing help with and jot down some questions to ask and areas to go through that you want to go over to be able to let the tutor know what to start out with. This way here it will minimize your time first going through that with the tutor and spend most of your time learning.
