About Angela

My main goal is to improve the math skills and overall comprehension of the students I'd tutor.

I am not specifically for math, I can help Kids with reading and writing and anything else they may have trouble with and not fully understand.

I have experience through my 4-year-old nephew, he is currently in Pre-k, I have been helping him with his reading, math, and writing. We are able to incoorperate different humorous and enjoyable activities so he would not lose interest. Throughout the year, he has shown much growth and improvement.

I am currently fifth in my Sophmore Class with a 4.0 Gpa. I participate in my school's Varsity Soccer Team. In addition, I am part of the student government and have participated with many charity events with them, including (Pajamas For Kids With Cancer).

It brings me joy to see children doing well in school knowing that I could take part in that journey. I want to make it my goal to make sure that student is set and prepared for the years to come.

I prefer the parent let me know anything they see their child sturuggling with a day or two before we meet. This allows me to find worksheets and other online activities/games to help the student fully understand. Letting me know the struggles will but great for when we meet but along with after we leave, I will provide games that the child will enjoy which gives them something enjoyable but at the same time are learning.

I mainly work with Pre-k-k, however I am looking to expand it to Pre-k-3.

Recently, I have been working with my Sophmore class to come up with a project for the 2020 Census. We mention how important it is and why families should take part it in.ย
