About Nikhil
Hello everyone! I recently finished my PhD in mathematics at UNC Chapel Hill, and I am focusing more time towards tutoring again. I've been tutoring for over 12 years, and in that time I've tutored almost every type of math subject, including SAT/ACT prep. I also have a background in Chemistry and am very comfortable tutoring Chemistry, Physics, and other sciences. I am very experienced in adapting to how students learn. By observing the specific patterns of thought, I can precisely tailor my tutoring style. As someone who has struggled with learning as a child, I have a lot of experience not just breaking concepts down, but also building up students' confidence and motivation, as I feel that is crucial to learning.
