About Eli
I worked as a college level math/physics tutor for four years while going to school for a Materials Engineering degree, also obtaining a level 3 CRLA tutoring certification in the process. I've found success in tutoring by taking the unintuitive concepts thrown at students in their course work and finding the way to think about things that lines up with their real-world experiences to make things feel like common sense. Once students have an intuition for what their working with, they start flying through material much more easily and can have fun learning instead of being frustrated with their coursework.
