About Maddy
I am a current PhD student earning my degree in school psychology. I worked at an elementary school for 4 years as a one-on-one aide for numerous students with an array of learning difficulties and emotional challenges. I had the opportunity to work closely with a BCBA where I learned how to engage students through positive reinforcement.
I truly enjoy working with children. I find that children learn more from people they enjoy and feel comfortable with. I believe my background in psychology helps me teach children by first building a strong rapport.
