About Frank

For the past 12 years I've provided Superior driving instruction in the Metro Atlanta area. I specialize in helping clients who have English as a second language. Typically my students don't just pass the road test they pass with a high score!

Aside from just working with brand new drivers, I have extensive experience working with people who drove at one time, but had a lapse in their Driving Experience. So many times I will have mature adults come to me for brush up lessons, and I'm able to help them get past any inhibitions they may have really quickly. :-)

What i enjoy most is the process of seeing a person arrive at that moment when he/she realizes that they have made it - they've gotten the skill down and are ready to become a licensed driver.

I have been an educator for over two decades. Driving instruction is something I took an interest in after a student at the secondary school I taught at was involved in a fatal crash. This incident made me pay more attention to driving habits in metro Atlanta. This observation made me determined to be a part of saving lives by providing quality behind the wheel instruction.

As a certified driving instructor, I have taught hundreds of students. Over the years I've accrued several success stories training clients from international cities who are just learning English. I have also taken pleasure in teaching people with physical challenges how to operate a vehicle safely. Finally, my training in human behaviorism has aided me in helping customers overcome various phobias and inhibitions they may have about getting behind the wheel.

About the lesson

Usually, the first lesson is always 2 hours because of the amount of information that is required to be covered. Typically I need to know a little about the student's experience behind the wheel and any concerns he/she may have. Each client is treated as an individual utilizing differentiated instruction.

Most of my students initially expressed great reservations about driving. It has been exciting to help many adults who thought they'd never become a licensed driver accomplish what they thought was impossible. I specialize in helping clients whose primary language is other than English.

Make sure you work with someone experienced and capable of getting the job done. It is always surprising to me that a person would be willing to spend lavishly on name brand consumables, but want to pay the least possible for a skill that will carry them over a lifetime. The skills I teach will pay for the lessons multiplied times over. :)

It was especially gratifying to help one of my clients get a license after a week of intense training just in time to meet an employment deadline.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Am I committed to the process required to get my license?

Perfect! I HIGHLY RECOMMMEND!! Frank is the best there is!! He is very welcoming, friendly, patient and supportive.
Since the very first time I got in contact with him, he has been nothing but helpful and has always educated me with the correct knowledge of driving when I was behind the wheel.
I always felt at ease during lessons. With Frank's encouragement and support helped me to build up the confidence and self-belief within myself about my driving ability. He's great company and his knowledge on driving helped me learn more than just the basics I knew I took my road test and passed on the first attempt with a 92 couldn't be more happier.

Perfect! Mr. Williams was a great instructor. He was very patient and understood how much progress was needed for a student to be ready to take the road test. He preached the importance of safety on the road. I had some driving experience, but zero road experience and with Mr. Williams help and a few sessions I passed to road test with a 96 on my first try.

Perfect! I got a 97 on the road test. Mr. Williams was very professional and he always tried to be on time, and would notify me if he would be late. He was a bit strict but that is more than expected when it comes to safe driving. Though i would have preferred to pay a lower price, i must say that Mr. Williams is well worth his asking price.

Mr. Williams is an excellent instructor. If you are an experienced driver from another country or you are a beginner, he doesn't assume that you are familiar with the basic functions and controls of the vehicle. He is going to start at the beginning.
He has the ability to make you relax and feel comfortable behind the steering wheel. I have already and will always recommend Mr. Williams to anyone who needs driving lessons. He does everything by the book.

Mr. Williams is a great who dedicated to not only make sure you're you pass your road test on the first try but also goes out of his way to make sure you continue to be a safe driving years after the fact. In my experience Mr. Williams is a professional driving instructor who's ready and willing to teach. My first he took my out on the road to see for hisself where I was as a driver. After which he explain to me where I was and customized my lesson so there was no time wasted and by the time I take my road test (which was already scheduled before hand) I would have anything I needed to pass. Mr. Williams is definitely a man of results, because of his ability to teach got me a 99 on my first go around. He's definley a teacher you can count to get you though your nerves and help you grow comfortable. And if you're still not convince try him for a least one lesson and you'll see for yourself, he's the only one to get the job done.

I recently moved to the US from Tanzania/East Africa where I drove for 8 years. However just the thought of driving in Georgia where the rule is to drive on the right side of the road (plus driving on the express way) was extremely daunting for me. I did google search for a professional driving instructor and came across Frank and selected him based on his reviews. I signed up for 10 hrs lesson. I found Frank to be extremely knowledgeable. He was also reassuring and patient with me. Always on time, very professional yet friendly. His lessons covered all the required skills, and the critical road safety rules, the do's and dont's while behind the wheel. After about 6 hrs of lessons, I drove on the express way two times with confidence. Frank complimented my skills (how fast i picked up), and this really further boosted my confidence on the road. I used Frank's services for the Road test which i passed on first attempt! I am glad i chose Frank and I would highly recommend him as a driving instructor.

Frank Williams is an excellent instructor. As a 23 year old new driver, I was actually scared to drive before having lessons with him. He was very patient and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable behind the wheel. I highly recommend him to prospective new drivers. He knows his stuff. I passed my road test with a 100 percent case of him.

I used Mr. Williams services a few months before my road test. There were a lot of questions he asked me to help prepare me for my test. Mr. Williams showed a lot of patience and spoke in a very calm but stern manner. One of the things he reminded me was when I'm changing lanes along with using my mirror to make sure and turn my head and look over my shoulders for cars that may be in my blindspot. I'm very grateful for the lessons I took with him, he helped me pass my test.
