About Maya
I am a high school junior currently taking AP Calculus AB. I am a straight-A student, and I have developed many studying methods I would love to share! I have experience tutoring in different languages and for students from ages 3-14. I also have leadership experience at the state, regional, county, and school levels.
(concealed information)
I have both informal and formal tutoring experience. I have informally tutored Spanish and Tamil students, and I have formally tutored under the Eagles Tutoring Program. I have also co-taught two educational summer camps: a county MUN camp for middle schoolers and an educational camp for toddlers.

I begin by learning about the subject they are having a hard time with, their strengths and weaknesses, their attitude, and the type of learner they are. Instead of approaching each student in the same manner, it is important that I consider all aspects of my student.
