About Clara
I am a current kindergarten teacher with my Masters of Arts in Teaching for ages preschool to third grade. I have taught kindergarten through fourth grade am well versed in several different reading, writing, and math curriculums. I am working towards Orton-Gillingham certification and have experience tutoring students in first and second grade using the OG method. I am enthusiastic, encouraging, and want to make learning fun and interesting for all of my students. My goal as a tutor is to work with both students and families to ensure growth in confidence and strategies for long-term learning.
